Guarantees: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, sexed correctly, and the same animal as depicted in the photos. With that said, mistakes can and do occasionally occur even by experienced keepers. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the sex of the animal within a week of receipt, and to inform me if a mistake was made. In the scenario of an improperly sexed snake I will either offer a replacement animal if one is available or issue a full refund. I will also pay to have the original animal returned. I will not refund or replace a mis-sexed snake after 30 days of receipt.
Shipping: Shipping is done via Fed Ex. Live arrival is guaranteed. You must be available to receive the animal when delivery is attempted for the live-arrival guarantee to be honored. Shipping will always occur between Monday and Wednesday of any particular week. I will not ship on holiday weeks as Fed Ex is known to have a larger number of delayed packages during those times. I will not ship if I feel the temperatures or weather might compromise the safety of an animal. Temperatures must be suitable in my region, the region of any hubs the package will pass through, as well as the customer's region, so please work with me until we find suitable conditions.
Payment plans: I try to work with each individual and I do offer payment plans depending on the cost of an animal, how much you're willing to place down, and how long it will take you to pay off the balance. Typically I would require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% to lock down an animal. If you find yourself unable to complete payment after placing a deposit, that deposit can be used in the future as credit toward the purchase of another animal. And...your credit will never expire.
